We Sold Out 2,000+ Wings in Under 2 Hours

July 16th was our grand opening, and we cut the ribbon not knowing exactly what to expect. We'd prepped, marinated, and staffed up for a big first day. We did not prep for what actually happened.

In under two hours, we sold through more than 2,000 wings. The line went out the door and stayed there. Fryers ran nonstop, the kitchen never had a quiet second, and by the time we caught our breath, we'd blown past every number we'd planned around for opening day.

None of it happens without the people who showed up — neighbors, family, and total strangers who took a chance on a new spot slinging 100% beef tallow fried chicken. Every wing that went out the window on the 16th was 48 hours of marinade and a lot of work from a team that didn't stop moving. We closed out the day with a cake, because you don't hit a day like that without stopping to actually celebrate it.
